Administrative Staff

Our receptionist will greet you and ask you to complete a patient history and insurance profile form. You will also be given information concerning the Health Insurance Privacy Accountability Act (HIPAA), that we will need you to read and sign. If you have any questions we can answer them for you.

Oral and Facial Surgery Associates office manager is knowledgeable in all Medical and Dental Insurance, HIPAA laws, and is pleased to assist you with coordinating your treatment, care and payment needs.

The back office staff at Oral and Facial Surgery Associates is trained in assisting various sedation and anesthesia techniques for the various surgical procedures that are performed in the office.

Following your treatment, a letter to your referring dentist or physician will be sent to inform them of your diagnosis, care and treatment.

Working hand in hand with the doctors they help provide the best treatment for each patient. Through continuing education and seminars their skills are continually updated.
